Qualifications for a Mortgage Planner with Premier Home Mortgage Include:
- Must be licensed by the California Department of Real Estate
- Must have NMLS license or be licensed by Dec. 31, 2010
- Prefer at least 1 year experience in the industry of Mortgage Loans
- Must be able to work in a "Team" environment as well as independently

Qualifications for a Loan Processor with Premier Home Mortgage include:

Review of client documentation (i.e. tax returns, bank statements, pay stubs, etc.) to ensure everything meets program guidelines, and sign off on received conditions once underwritten.

Review of all file documentation to ensure all necessary items have been requested (i.e. purchase contacts, bankruptcy papers, trust documents, etc.).

Ordering of third party reports including credit reports, escrow instructions, preliminary title reports and appraisal

Structuring of loans in preparation for underwriting

Must maintain consistent dialogue with loan officers, lenders, real estate brokers, escrow and title companies

Must promote professionalism and customer confidence by keeping mortgage loan information confidential

2 years minimum in the Processing field of Mortgage Loans
Qualifications for a Concierge or Loan Coordinator with Premier Home Mortgage include:
- Assisting Mortgage Planners and Processor with client application interviews, client needs, copying of documents and completion of funding conditions
- Liaison between Processor and Mortgage Planners
- Liaison between clients and Mortgage Planners
- Assisting Mortgage Planners and Processors with daily needs and Loan status reports
- Must have 1 year experience in the field of Mortgage Loans
